Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website and platforms operated by Aurelius Cleaning Co. (ABN 12 345 678 910) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, requesting a quote or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide commercial, industrial, medical, retail, construction, high-rise and specialist cleaning services across Australia. The scope of works, frequency, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate Service Agreement, Scope of Works or written quotation, which together with these Terms form the entire agreement between the parties.

3. Bookings & Quotes

All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed once we receive written acceptance and (where required) a deposit. We reserve the right to revise pricing if the site conditions, scope or access materially differ from those disclosed at the time of quoting.

4. Access & Site Conditions

You agree to provide safe, lawful and uninterrupted access to the site during scheduled service windows, including parking, utilities (water and power), keys, alarm codes and any required inductions. We are not liable for delays or additional charges arising from access failures, unsafe conditions or undisclosed hazards.

5. Fees & Payment

Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue amounts may attract interest at the Reserve Bank of Australia cash rate plus 4% per annum, and we may suspend services until the account is brought current. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST unless stated.

6. Cancellations

Recurring services may be cancelled by either party on thirty (30) days’ written notice. Cancellation of a confirmed one-off booking with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value to cover staff allocation and lost capacity.

7. Warranties & Liability

We warrant that services will be performed with due care and skill, by appropriately trained, insured and police-checked personnel, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the re-performance of the affected service or the cost of having it re-performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.

8. Insurance

We maintain Public Liability insurance to AUD $20,000,000, Workers Compensation in every state and territory in which we operate, and Professional Indemnity cover. Certificates of currency are available on request.

9. Work Health & Safety

We comply with all applicable WHS legislation, codes of practice and site-specific safety requirements. You agree to disclose any known hazards and to comply with reasonable directions given by our supervisors regarding safe systems of work on site.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information of the other party disclosed in connection with the services, and to use it only for the purpose of performing or receiving the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
